La Coruña

Today I go to talk about my city, La Coruña, it is a beautiful city where you can visit a lot of places, here in the photos you can see the castle of San Anton, it is a castle that was built in the XVI century and it was built to guard La Coruña as well as the mountain of San Pedro. It has three cannons that they were installed in the 20th century (in 1933) . When the cannons arrived to the seaport of La Coruña, the way from the port to the mountain was a long trip, cannons could only moved 200 metres a day. We can also see the Hercules tower, you can see the inside of it and going up a lot of stairs (239 steps), it is the oldest lighthouse that is working in Europa. It was built by the Romans in the 1ST century. There are a lot of beaches in the city where you can get a tan. In the photo we can see the Orzan and Riazor beaches that are in the city center. You can walk around the old city and see a lot of places.
